The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Kitsune Statue and its individual customers. They must be read and accepted in their entirety by the Customer, without any reservation or condition, in order for the Customer, duly informed, to proceed with the registration of his Order or Pre-Order. No Order or Pre-Order can be technically registered on the Kitsune Statue website without the Customer having first confirmed that he/she has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 - Scope of Application and Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 - The Terms and Conditions listed below apply to all orders placed with Kitsune Statue by individuals.
1.2 - "Kitsune Statue" reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In case of modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 2 - Prices
2.1 - The prices of our products are set by Kitsune Statue and are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC) and shipping costs.
Article 3 - Orders & Pre-orders
3.1 - Validation of your order/pre-order signifies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.2 - The order becomes effective once the Customer has validated his/her order/pre-order and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The order becomes firm and definitive once the total price has been paid, subject to the right of withdrawal as mentioned in article 8 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.3 - The products listed in the Kitsune Statue website catalogue being manufactured in limited series,
The company reserves the right to refuse an order placed by a Customer by informing him as soon as possible of the unavailability of the product concerned.
3.4 - In the event of a pre-order cancelled by the customer, Kitsune Statue reserves the right to retain 10% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.
Article 4 - Availability
4.1 – Tous les produits indiqués comme « EN STOCK » sur la boutique sont physiquement disponibles et expédiés dans un délai maximum d’une semaine ouvrée à compter de la réception du paiement.
4.2 – Pour les produits en précommande, les dates de livraison indiquées sur les pages produits sont fournies à titre estimatif.
Ces délais peuvent être modifiés à tout moment en raison de contraintes indépendantes de la volonté de Kitsune Statue (notamment liées aux fournisseurs, fabricants, ayants droit ou transporteurs).
Le Client est invité à suivre l’avancement via les communications de la société (notamment les points de production).
4.3 – En cas de modification des délais de livraison d’un produit en précommande, aucune annulation, réduction de prix ou demande de dommages et intérêts ne pourra être exigée par le Client.

Article 6 - Delivery
6.1 - The products ordered are delivered to the delivery address given when the order was placed.
6.2 – Les délais annoncés sont calculés en jours ouvrés :
- Produits en stock : expédition sous une semaine ouvrée maximum après réception du paiement
- Produits en précommande : expédition selon la date estimée indiquée sur la fiche produit, susceptible d’évolution (voir article 4)
6.3 - For payments by cheque, a waiting period of 8 working days from the day of collection will be necessary
6.4 - In the event of an overrun of the delivery time linked to our service providers, this additional time may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the Customer, or to any payment by way of damages and interest.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal - Withdrawal form - Return of products
7.1 – Le Client dispose d’un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception du Produit pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sans avoir à motiver sa décision.
Les frais de retour restent à la charge du Client.
7.2 – Pour exercer son droit de rétractation, le Client doit notifier sa décision à Kitsune Statue par tout moyen permettant d’en conserver une preuve (email ou courrier).
Le remboursement interviendra dans un délai maximum de 30 jours à compter de la réception du produit retourné, sous réserve que celui-ci soit conforme aux conditions de retour.
7.3 – Le Client doit retourner le Produit dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la notification de sa rétractation, à l’adresse suivante :

Le Produit doit être retourné :
- dans son emballage d’origine
- en parfait état de revente
- complet (accessoires, notices, etc.)
7.4 – En cas de dégradation du produit résultant de manipulations autres que celles nécessaires pour établir la nature et les caractéristiques du produit, Kitsune Statue se réserve le droit d’appliquer une décote sur le remboursement, voire de refuser celui-ci en cas de détérioration importante.
Article 8 - After-sales service
8.1 - Kitsune Statue invites the Customer to inform Kitsune Statue within 7 days of unpacking the Product of any defects, breakage or deterioration that the Customer may have noticed and from which the Product may have suffered, by sending an email to Kitsune Statue's after-sales service (sav.kitsune@gmail.com) with photos and explanations in view of a possible refund or exchange.
Article 9 - Security of personal data
9.1 - "Kitsune Statue" undertakes not to reveal or share personal information concerning its customers.
9.2 - The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete his personal data at any time via the "Access my account" section.
Article 10 - Quality
10.1 - Our creations are new collectible statues, officially licensed, printed and painted on the basis of a prototype, sold in a limited number of copies, in their original packaging.
10.2 - Available only within the limits of the Stock, and intended for a public of persons aged 14 (fourteen) years and over. The Product is not a toy, but a collectible statue.
10.3 - Kitsune Statue reserves the right to sell the Products directly to its Customers on its website or to its partner shops.
Article 11- Scope of application
11.1 - These General Conditions apply to all Clients, to the exclusion of all other General Conditions, Special Conditions and any other documents issued by the Clients themselves.
11. 2 - The fact that the Customer registers an Order or a Pre-Order on the Kitsune Statue website, implies express, complete and irrevocable acceptance, without reserve or conditions, of the General Sales Conditions.
11.3 - Kitsune Statue may agree with the Customer in writing on specific Special Terms and Conditions that deviate from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Special Terms and Conditions). The Special Terms and Conditions deviating from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on certain points shall prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on these points.
11.4 - Kitsune Statue's failure to invoke any of the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions or the Special Terms and Conditions at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver by Kitsune Statue of its right to invoke these clauses at a later date.
11.5 - Kitsune Statue reserves the right to modify and update its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
